REGULATION

ARTICLE 1. NAME

On April 6, the Town Council of Montcada and Reixac organizes the 3rd Run and Walk for Educational Diversity 2025.

ARTICLE 2. PURPOSE

The 3nd Run and Walk for Educational Diversity 2025 is a race / walk with a charitable purpose. The proceeds obtained from registrations and donations will go to the educational centers of the municipality with the aim of reinforcing the midday space with support monitoring for students with special educational needs.

ARTICLE 3. PARTICIPATION

All those who wish to do so may take part, regardless of functional diversity, reduced mobility, nationality, sex or age, as long as they have registered correctly, both in time and in form. The route must be followed, obligatorily, on the pavement of the marked itinerary. It will be grounds for disqualification to do it on the sidewalk.
Minors need authorization from their guardian to be able to participate, provided by the organization of the race. It is requested and recommended to participate with the run / walk t-shirt.

ARTICLE 4. DISTANCE

The test will be held on an approximate route of 2,600 meters. The circuit is completely urban and on an asphalt surface. The start and finish will be located in front of the Miquel Poblet Pavilion.

ARTICLE 5. CATEGORIES AND SCHEDULES

The run / walk will start at 9:45 a.m. on April 6, 2025. No categories are established among the participants. The Organization reserves the right to change the date of the tour or cancel the event, without the right to claim any compensation from those registered. The time limit to finish the course of the run / walk will be 1 hour from the starting order.

ARTICLE 6. REGISTRATION

The registration fee is 10€. Registration will be open:

- until March 23, with a free T-shirt
- until March 31, without a gift shirt.

The organization reserves the right to close registrations before that date, if required for organizational reasons. Registration will only be valid once payment has been made.
For any registration made through the website, the Organization is not responsible for any technical problem, hardware or software, connection, data transmission or any other error or dysfunction that prevents the correct reception of the completed form.
Registration for the run / walk is personal and non-transferable. The Organization reserves the right to reject any registration that does not accept the terms and conditions of the event set forth in the regulations.

LATE REGISTRATION: will not take place.

COLLECTION OF THE T-SHIRT OF THE RUN / WALK. The run / walk t-shirt will be collected on April 5, 2025 at Montcada Aqua (C/ Tarragona 32), between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., and on the day of the run/walk from 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. 9:30 a.m. in the designated space at the start. It will be necessary to bring the DNI / NIE / passport to collect the T-shirt. You can collect another participant’s T-shirt by presenting a photocopy or whatsapp of DNI / NIE. Minors under 18 must present an authorization from one of the parents.

ARTICLE 7. DONATIONS

Apart from the registration price, participants can also make a donation, as well as those people who do not want to participate in the wun/walk but do contribute financially for the purpose of the run & walk.

ARTICLE 8. ACCOMPANIMENT SERVICE

For the participants in the run / walk who request it in the registration form, there will be an accompaniment service during the run/walk, which will be carried out by the volunteers of the same.

ARTICLE 9. INSURANCE AND MEDICAL ASSISTANCE

The organization has contracted accident insurance for the duration of the run & walk according to current legislation. The Organization will have an Ambulance Service.

ARTICLE 10. CLASSIFICATIONS

No list of participant rankings will be published. There will be no timing.

ARTICLE 11. DISQUALIFICATIONS

The medical service (ambulance) and the accredited organizers are authorized to withdraw during the event:

- Any participant who manifests a bad physical state.
- The participant who manifests non-sporting behavior or repeats protests before the organization

ARTICLE 12. AWARDS AND GIFTS

ARTICLE 13. LIABILITY

Participation in the event is under the responsibility and own risk of the participants. The participant, at the time of registration, declares to be physically fit for the event. The organization declines all responsibility for damages that participants may cause during the race, cause themselves or derive from them to third parties. The organization is not responsible for the physical, moral or material damages that the participants and/or spectators may have during the run & walk.

ARTICLE 14. ACCEPTANCE

All participants, by registering, accept these regulations and, in case of doubt or if any situation not reflected in it arises, the Organizing Committee will follow what is available.

ARTICLE 15. REGULATION

The Organizing Committee reserves the right to interpret these regulations and may delete rules or establish new ones.
